In-stock orders placed by 12pm Central, Monday through Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Central may ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For all international shipments, FuzziBunz will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. FuzziBunz will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. FuzziBunz will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

For US overnight shipping, please note that choosing this shipping option does not necessarily mean you will receive your item(s) tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day.
You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We accept unused and unwashed items for return within 30 days of invoice date. Washed, used & clearance items are non-returnable. Be sure to try the products on your child before you wash them.
We cannot accept items for exchange, refund or store credit after 30 days. To return an item, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip. Be sure to return all opened and unopened product packaging.

All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after receipt of your return.
Full refunds are limited to orders of $200 or less. For larger orders there is a 25% restocking fee.
Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges We recommend that you insure and track any return shipments since we cannot be responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the mail.
